Marshall & Woodwark is a family owned and operated business serving the GTA from Etobicoke since 1929. Originally formed as Wilbert G. Marshall Insurance, the firm became Marshall & Woodwark Insurance Brokers Ltd. In 1976, and continues to be operated by the Woodwark family.

We are pleased to become affiliated with the Flewwelling Insurance Group in 2003, sharing facilities and gaining access to a far greater scope of market. We are poised for the next 75 years of providing superior service and products to our valued clients.

In 2011, after very careful consideration, we have decided to sell the property and casualty insurance business operations to Johnson Inc., an industry-leading company that has been offering insurance solutions to Canadians for 130 Years.
